Delivery, warranty, repairs and returns, production times, materials and finishes. If something isn't here, just ask.
We choose logistics partners committed to careful, reliable service. Delivery within the EU typically takes up to one week, though exact timing depends on the carrier and is beyond our direct control. All shipments arranged by us are insured. You are also welcome to choose your own logistics company, or collect your order directly from our workshop.
We are confident that, with proper care, our pieces will bring you joy for decades. In line with legal requirements we provide a warranty — the general warranty period is two calendar years from the date the order is shipped to the customer. Detailed warranty terms are included in the contract.
As part of our commitment to customers, we will help restore surfaces and parts damaged through use or accident whenever possible, keeping costs as manageable as we can for your budget. You only need to arrange packaging and transport of the piece to and from our workshop.
We typically use multi-layer, purpose-designed packaging for every order. If you are collecting your piece with your own transport you may opt out of this service — however, we strongly recommend keeping our packaging, as it ensures reliable protection in transit.
If you are not satisfied with certain characteristics of a piece, or your interior has changed and our furniture no longer fits, we are always open to discussing a return or exchange. Simply describe the issue and send clear photos or video — we will respond quickly with options, up to and including a refund for the returned piece. These terms mainly apply to ready-made pieces held in stock, but everything is open for discussion.
We always aim to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your chosen configuration is in stock, shipping typically happens within 10 days. For custom orders, timing depends on the specifics of the project — a standard table-and-six-chairs set, for example, ships within four to six weeks from final project approval and payment. All terms are set out in the contract.
If shipping is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the contracted date — excluding pauses or changes you request — a waiting compensation applies: 0.5% of the value of the undelivered portion of the order, per day.
Yes. At any point during production you can request a video update on your order's current status, with our comments. If you have questions after watching it, we are always happy to answer them.
Changes to the design after the contract is signed are also possible: send us an email with your contract number and a request to pause production for adjustments.
We work with solid European and American oak and walnut, finished with Rubio Monocoat oil-wax coatings. There are two ways to buy:
Rubio Monocoat offers a very wide range of shades for different species. For the most reliable result we recommend testing your chosen colours on the actual wood used in your project — we will make and ship you samples, usually within a week or slightly more depending on your location and postal service. That way we confirm the wood and the colour together, and avoid any surprises with the finished surface.
Still have a question? We would rather answer it than have you guess.
