Due to the bespoke nature of many products manufactured by LEM PROFESSIONAL, S.L., the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where products have been made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised, as provided by applicable legislation.
In the event of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the company, customers should notify LEM PROFESSIONAL, S.L. so that the issue can be assessed and resolved appropriately.
12. LIABILITY
LEM PROFESSIONAL, S.L. shall not be held liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations where such delays result from unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs, renderings, catalogues, drawings, and other content available on this website are the intellectual property of LEM PROFESSIONAL, S.L. or their respective rights holders.
